What format are the photographs in?
All Image Takers Ltd downloadable digital photographs are in JPG format.

Do you add photographs on a regular basis?
Yes.  We add photographs as they are taken.  Click here to see the latest photographs that we have posted to our galleries.  New additions to private password protected galleries can only be viewed via the secific 'Wedding', 'Events', 'Portrait', or 'Commercial' links.

When I press 'Click to Enlarge' the enlarged image appears to be of a lower quality?
Images that are visible on our site are compressed for the internet to speed up download times to your browser.  They do not reflect the quality of the original.  All digital downloads and prints supplied by us are of the highest quality.  An example is available in our 'Sample Galleries' section.

Can I submit photographs to sell?
Right now the only photographs that we sell are the ones taken by Image Takers Ltd and it's partners. In the future we may consider this.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund.  However, on a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the Image Takers Ltd photographs that I download?
Yes. While Image Takers Ltd offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photographs, or allow the use of our photographs within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.  If you wish to use one of our photographs for these purposes, please contact us to discuss.

How does the Search facility work?
This site contains restricted and private galleries.  All images not in these galleries may be searched.  Enter a word or words in the text box provided and click 'Go'  e.g. type 'eagle' to see all images in the public galleries that have 'eagle' in the title.
